Raise Mag Pro theme has 4 types of featured layout options. The first and second featured layouts are for displaying featured categories. The third featured layout displays posts.

You can customize Featured Section from WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Featured Section. 

Note: Only limited layout is available in Free version.
